What year/month is my bass

The serial says 04135 on the jack plate. Does this mean it is build in the 13th week of 2004, and it was number 5 that week? Or am I all wrong?

Correction: next to the ros says 03 and below standard says 04135....

Your guitar was manufactured in week number 04 of the year 2003 (From Rickenbacker web site sn decoder, according to the information you posted.
