Those are really cool pictures Graham. Natsukashii! I went back to Ochanomizu in October for the first time in maybe 20 years - unfortunately, I was flying back to the States that day so I only had about an hour to cruise all the stores!
I also like Ikebe in Shibuya - not the easiest to find (it's in the basement and you have to go across an overpass to get there), but I used to go there all the time when I was in 8th-9th grade.

In the top picture above with the six 4004's it looks like there's a jetglo Laredo with gold hardware. I don't think you can get a Cheyenne in black, why would you want to cover up the beautiful woods they build those out of? I think that's a trans blue Cheyenne on the left, it looks almost purple.
All the 4004's have the neck pup off the neck so are they 03/04's?
I went to the Rockinn website and they're asking 252,000 yen for the 4004's, that's about $2193, they're including taxes in that price. The 4003's are a little cheaper.

I'm not a fan of gold hardware, but it looks pretty good on that jetglo. I think that bass might be missing a string though. These parts could help with that-

Hey Paul, my Cii Jetglo looks good that pic! You're right, you can get a Cheyenne in any of the finishes RIC offers.
I was on the fence for quite a while thinking about 4-2-5ing that Jetglo Cii5, especially since I really want a jetglo Rick 5er. But I think it's best to just leave that bass as is. I have three other Rick 5 stringers.

JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!

I think 4004's are the perfect five string vehicle while 4003's are a little too small, the headstock is too small and the fretboard isn't wide enough. A converted 4004 will give you 3/8" spacing at the first fret and 1/2" spacing at the 20th fret with the bridge at 2 7/16" using a Carvin nut with 5/16" spacing. This is perfect for somebody with medium sized hands and playing 3 and 4 note chords is a dream with this setup.
