Well I got her all thawed out so I thought I would take a little family shot.

That's an absolute honey, Mitch.... a genuine Rickenbacker classic! Sincerest congratulations from me also.

I'm considering selling my 660/12 FG for a 350/12v63 JG (assuming I can play it) and those pics are certainly pushing me in that direction!

Great pics, too. Nice to see you 'back in the family', mate! Image

Wow,Thanks Bill! Thanks Lars! Thanks Howard!I really appreciate it.This really is my dream guitar.I was thinking that maybe I would need a new amp to go with as I am just using a 10yr SS Marshall G15CDR but when I play the 350 through a Danelectro Tuna Melt trem pedal it sounds heavenly. It sounds so sweet played clean with trem and a little reverb but I can also turn all the dials to 11 and get a great BRMC kinda sound Wow!

Howard, are you really thinking of trading your 660FG/12 for a 350JG/12?Cool!But if I know you,you will probably keep the 660 AND buy a 350 as well.

Well, that's a possibility I suppose, Mitch, but I think I'd need to sell some gear to help fund it..... $4700 is a lot of lettuce!! Image

Thanks Jack!I was a little nervous when I bought it because it was a MF blem but I took a chance because the discount was over $500 off the regular discount price. It turns out the only blemish was a broken hasp on the case.

Howard good luck in what ever you decide.A Jetglo 350v63JG/12 would definitely be an awesome addition to your family.

Nice, Mitch, and it sounds like you got one heck of a deal. A broken latch, certainly nothing to cry over.

Very nice Mitch. In fact it's my favorite Rick color.

Thanks alot guys!By the way,What are different controls? Is the three way switch neck, neck&middle, bridge?Volume for neck(&middle) and volume for bridge?Tone for neck(&middle) and tone for bridge?Blend knob to add neck to bridge or bridge to neck? How do you guys generally use these settings when playing rhythm or lead?

For 3-way: Down is bridge, mid is all 3, up is mid and neck. Volume and tone for bridge, and mid and neck run through the other volume and tone.

Nice score, if guitar was mint and case was dinged. To bad MF isn't more detailed on what each blem item is, leaves you wondering what you may be getting.

I bet you won't see any more Ric blems. Look at whats there now, none. With so many back orders there won't be any sitting around to get damaged.
Except for cases. You can always hope though.
Got to start with one make it a 360/12.
