Woo Hoo...how much money did we win? And what's my piece of that pie?

It is kind of a cop out ... they had no good ideas so they punted ...

but on the flip side I used the internet from my basement to find a job a couple thousand miles away ... And I use the internet to find people who want to convert 4 string Rickenbackers into 5 string Rickenbackers ... and I use the internet to sell software ... and I use the internet to donate software to Architectural schools ... and I use the internet to help people recover from abusive religious organizations ... and I use the internet to help people find alternative treatment to degenerative diseases ... and I met my girlfriend because of the internet ... and my last job I earned money running a network and fixing people's workstation after they visited the wrong web sites ... I book my flights on the internet ... I buy stuff on the internet ... I get directions from the internet ... I get my news from the internet ... I check the weather from the internet ... I buy and sell musical instruments on the internet ...

What did we do before we had the internet?

I think you nailed it Jeff.If they're really sincere and we are the winners, then why don't they make the "Time Person of the Year" issue free to all us winners.

I'm thinking the next big things on the internet will be porn and free music and movies.
Listen to that sustain!

Jeff, it sounds like you might have an internet addiction problem! Image
Seriously, though, I heard about this and I just groaned. Is there no one doing anything in the world that is worthy of this magazine cover? Not even BONO? Image

"What did we do before we had the internet?"

Had lives? :D

"Not even BONO?" No offense, Steve, but really? Please.

They could have made it Rummy - for finally resigning....

I was joking since Bono considers himself to be so self-important....Image
