ISO Sound Card Recommendation

Post by firstbassman »

I know this sounds kind of stupid at this stage but I only just found out that the sound card built into my Dell does not support multi-tracking in Music Studio. (I had only been recording one guitar up until this point.)

Can anyone recommend a BASIC, cheap and EASY sound card?

Easy and trouble-free are the most important criteria. I don’t want to have to bother with driver problems or memory conflicts, etc. I just don’t have the time or the brains to deal with those kind of issues.

Thanks!

Stand by. This may not be it at all.
I'm going through a M-Audio USB device, not to the sound card. So this may not apply at all.

Lots of fun, isn't it, when you just want to be a musician but end up needing to become a computer tech... Drives me up the wall. Good luck!
Here is where I hide my music:
