My first Rick?

Post by martin_ping »

I am about to pull the trigger on my first Rick...I really like the looks of the 330 JG...MF has them for 1K...Seems like a really great deal vs other dealers...What are your thoughts?...I have never played one, I have several Fenders but the Rick is really calling me...Would this be a good entree into the world of Ricks???...Thanks

Welcome to the forum Tim. Yes that would be an excellent entry. Don't forget to check out our for sale section (you need to log in to get to it). There are a number of fine Ricks available there too.

Welcome Tim, the 330 is one of my favorites and a wise first "pull".

Check out the 330 BBR in the "for sale" section. Would require a little more cash, but a very cool piece. The seller is rock solid and a pleasure to deal with.

Hi Tim, and welcome to the forum. If a Rick is calling you, you'd better answer! The 330 is a great guitar, and $1000 for a new one (with case and a five year warranty) is a good price.

Get it! The price is right, and a 330 and JG make a great combo.

Nice Tim.

Ummmm...only one?

Tim, I believe there is a federal statute requiring you to now start looking for you next one.

Enjoy!

Congratulations, Tim! A 330 is a great start! You'll soon find that one is never enough.... my first was a 330 also. Image
