happy new year.

i had a great Rickenbacker ring-in of the new year!

a friend's new band was playing (cover band of obscure early 60's rock) both guitarists playing Rics (not the bass player though) one of the guitarists was playing an original RM1997, well i believe that is what is was, Townsend's guitar in fireglo w/ an f-hole and 3 toasters.

For my RIC New Year ring-in I watched an early '60s Pathe newsreel of The Beatles in concert somewhere in Manchester, England. John had his Hamburg 325!

Same to you Ginger. Happy New Year to everybody, I know I'm not precisely original but, anyway, all the best to you all Rickenbrothers.
I've turned into a kind of Dr. Rickenbackernstein, but I'm looking for hints and help
