And we were so quiet and patient. I've heard they are waiting on chrome for a lot of parts. Maybe that's what holding them up. Anyway, I'll get mine when it comes.

No matter what (as I pointed out in another thread), the wait for these will be a LOT shorter than if you had ordered an "ordinary" 4003 at the same time!

That kinda puts things back into perspective, I think.

My 330 DCM was by far the quickest order/delivery of any guitar I've ever bought.

please pardon my ignorance, but what is this 4003 DCM you are talking about? Looks like it's a 75th anniversary instrument right?
How many will be made? What color? Any left to order? Has the train left the station already?
Sorry if all this has been talked about previously in another forum.

DCM=Dark Cherry Metallic....the color of the 75th models.

75 4003's to be made and you might have a hard time finding one but I never looked so I can't be more specific.
