Thanks Howard - crikey indeed! Image Yup it's mine. I'm not a huge fan of the 2000 series basses, but on this bass I really like the combination of the Turquoise, gold hardware, double binding and pickguard. I think the binding and pickguard give it a more traditional "Rickenbacker" look than other 2000 series basses.

As far as Rickenbacker colours go, didn't John Hall also mention a run of yellow guitars that went to Germany?

That was the "Toadies" bass from Ebay a while back wasn't it? It sold for a reasonable price(IIRC).....I like it.
