"I "retired" her in 2000. I played her twice a week, every week for 5 years with the ORIGINAL set of strings. I installed a set of Roto's back in 2000 and I THINK I've played her out twice since. Strictly used at home only."

Sounds like the Rotos are the reason you stopped playing the CS. Better go put different strings on. Image

Hmmm,

I saved the original factory strings JUST IN CASE I wanted to use them again! Image

Hey Chris,

I've never used them before. Isn't that brand Jeff uses on his fretless?

I made the switch from Rotosounds to DR Highbeams and really like the sound they give me. I like the sound of their name though! Hmmm, SUPER SOFT CHROMES.....Image

Oh man, just looked at the clock, Jdog & his collection of rare beauties should be enroute as we speak!

Jdog will be the ONLY other player to lay hands on her...

You won't even let your daughter touch your bass?!

Super Soft Chromes are great! I find TI Jazz Flats similar, but with a little better tone.

Lots of pictures to re-size, lots of laughs, great company, had a ball!

Lots of stories to tell (most of which can't be told here) great shots of Jdog LEADING our little band playing KEYBOARDS!

I had a BLAST!

Stay tuned!

Atlanta would be awesome. All I'll say for now about the churches is that I played some gospel organ sounding stuff at a Catholic mass and had white people shouting AMEN BROTHER!!! Film at 11.
