They use a picture of a Rick fake, and admit it!

Could it be because posting a picture of a Rick without permission is a copyright violation?

They state "Which is a copy of a Rickenbacker" at in the picture description though. They never state that it is a Rick

What's so bad about its look? Soundhole? Headstock? Pickguard?..

Pickups, tailpiece, knob placement, body shape, headstock, pickguard, soundhole, and color are all giveaways.
