Is this a fake?

Post by pflash4001 »

I just saw this and was wondering if this was really a major salvage job or a complete fake...

No, that would be one of Dane Wilder's modified 3000s. They are quite real and very playable. I saw some of them at the 75th bash. They are totally legit.

Dane does good work. His basses play great.

Thanks. I have never seen anything quite like it. I really like it, but I just bought a trailer for our gear...no way I can buy another bass...
