EBAY AUCTION OF THE DAY

WTF?!?Image
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Well, but let us not forget, it's teriyaki flavor, for goodness sakes! That makes a difference, you know.

Seriously, I used to wonder that if someone posted an auction for a handful of sand, and penned an especially great writeup, would there be some nitwit out there who would bid on it. And if two or more nitwits started bidding, would one bid the other up to see who beat the other out of that handful of dirt and show the other guy who was boss.

Sadly, I no longer wonder... Remember the Pet Rock of the early 1970s? PT Barnum had it right all along.

Say, does anyone have someone's face in the figuring of the maple on their MG? We might have a really rare bass among us and not even know it Image

Yeah, I've got someone's face in my '60 Capri. I just can't figure out whose it is.

I was buying beef jerky in quantity, hoping to find a Divine Revelation.

Sort of like panning for gold?

'How does one find something like this on ebay?!'

My theory is that Paul thinks he is the true father of A.N.S.'s baby and he was just searching Ebay, through tears, for a small momento.

Strange, I thought it looked more like Steven Segal and Doris Day.....

How can you people joke about this? I am absolutely thunderstruck---I mean, the resemblance is clear as a bell.

It is a Sign. We are being called.

All those ready to repent, send your Rickenbackers to me...
