Questions on my 650... Frisco or Excalibur?
I have a 1992 650 in african vermillion. I bought it advertized as an Excalibur but only saw it later called a Frisco.
And there's 2 other things that are different from the models I have seen on pictures:
1. I only have one truss rod instead of two!?
2. The part where the neck attaches to the guitar is not in an angle... it straight!?
So can somebody explain to me what makes my Ric Excalibur 650 so different from those I see on Björn Eriksson's site?

Fair enough to me, Mr. Hall. From now on I'll call it a Frisco!
Paul, I don't think you understood what I meant, so I will try to take a picture to show you what I'm talking about. My vocabulary is limited since I'm french and I don't always explain things the right way!!! So a picture is worth a 1000 words, they say!!! I'll get it as soon as possible! Thanks!

This is exactly what I was talking about Ken!! I'm glad to see that there are others like mine...I was starting to wonder about the authenticity of my guitar!!! Thanks Nick on the offer, I guess it won't be necessary anymore...but it's good to know for future reference!

Here's a guitar exactly like mine and you can see the heel compare to the new ones!
