Anyone got their 660-660/12 AFG yet?

Post by dustymurphy »

Has anybody received their 660 or 660/12 Amber FireGlo yet? I ordered mine last Feb. and about a month ago they told me that they were expecting them any day now, but I have yet to hear anything. Does anybody know how much longer the wait may be? Anybody have photos of theirs?
Thanks!

John- Thanks for posting that, it's a real beautiful guitar. I hope my 660/12 is that great. It really reminds me of Tom Petty's Damn The Torpedos Ric.
Thanks!

Yep, the ambered inlays and ambered checkered binding are a nice touch. I think I might have put white plastic parts on if I were getting one, to better show off the finish, but maybe it looks better in person.

I was thinking the same thing. My 330 is Jetglo, and has white plastics, so I may transfer TRCs and buy new pickguards. Black with Gold is always a nice look, ala Lennon's Sullivan look.
Thanks!

I have one on order too. I'm really tempted to put vintage knobs on it when it comes.
