Still can't believe that of all the 4003DCMs that were ordered from forum members, only one was delivered. Unless they've shipped just a few.

They may be coming out in dribs and drabs Zarc. I think Gary is the only one who has received a 660 so far, so the 4003's may be in a similar situation.

Actually, Steve.

I also have a 660DCM in hand that I got last Friday.

I opened her up just yesterday and she is by far the most beautiful sounding and looking guitar I've heard and seen. My wife agrees and loves the set.

Un-necessary display of celebration on the field!

7-Day penalty!

Edit:

Penalty can be avoided if pics of the pair together can be posted within 24 hours.

Edgar, did you order both of your guitars from the same Sam Ash store?

Greg,

No I didn't. I got the 660 from a shop in Cali that received one two weeks ago. I ordered the 4003 the day they were announced very early in the morning.
According to what the salesman at Sam Ash informed, they only ordered 1 4003 and 1 of the other models. It wasn't a 660. I think it was a 360. I don't believe this myself but that's what he said on the phone.
I will try and post pics tonight since I've just been super busy lately.

I knew the guy wasn't telling the truth. Seemed like he didn't know what I was talking about. The 75th anniversary DCM.

The the helpful woman that took my order did know about the 4003.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to sell these two instruments. I am saying this with much chagrin. Guess it's not meant for me at this time.

I'm just letting you guys know that I'm posting them up on the bay since at this point, I require optimal funds to help remedy these circumstances. I'm not out to make buck since monies made from the sales will only go out the door.
This will be one of my biggest regrets. I know. I feel it. But my hands are tied.

That's too bad Edgar. I'm sure you'll do well on eBay. Somebody will be happy to get that first non-beta 4003!

Sorry to hear that, Edgar, I hope all the circumstances end up well for you.

That's a real shame, Edgar. On the bay, they should go pretty high, so don't feel bad about it. They will have a world audience.
