If ANYONE can bring this one back to it's former glory, it's one of you two, and by reselling, you could probably make back all your money and more!

I know of someone who possibly has an "interesting" project in mind for this one.

Not me Dale! I'd say that estimate is close, though.

ok..no Bigsby!
ps: good time to add my view on some of the flack Rickophiles take re: mods etc. Fender guys for years loved swaping out parts and trying different hot rods w/their guitars..seems that Teles and in particular Strats are asking for this! That was until recently,,,now it's "what's the code stamped on the cloth wire on the harness...etc...it's become another investment..often not because the owner wants to restore a work of art but because it's an investment..so I say go Rick owners bring em back to their former glory..I wish I could buy old Strats and do the same. but with so many repro parts out there for them it's really not needed...I recently bought one of the best playing guitars I've ever had for $700 (a luthier built modded Jazzmaster)...again the design lends itself to that..maybe not so much w/Ricks..hmmm maybe a set to lipsticks would be cool in that one...

I certainly know nada about restoration, but $900 or more sounds like a lot for a project such as this one. Guess we'll see.

Actually John I got this E-bay number mixed up with the set neck 4000S that will sell for about $900.00..I think this poor ol' 360/12 needs way to much work to pay anything over $300.00 since the seller is parting it out to get Max. $

Dale is right. No way that is worth $500. Unless you have most of the parts already it gonna cost more to get that thing back together that it's worth. And on top of it all you still have a restored guitar!

And perhaps because, even together, they're a shot guitar.
This is off the record
