I have loved "Born on the Bayou" ever since I first heard it. Didn't Kak play drums on that one?

Tim: Fogerty's "Premonition" is an outstanding performance and on a couple of tunes he plays a "spellbinding" Model 1997 Fireglo. A must see even if you don't care for CCR. He is better today than in the 1970s. The lead work on the Rickenbacker is pure platinum! The best ad for RIC in recent years, at least in my view.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Yes, I thought he and his band rocked much harder than CCR ever did, even though I like them. I only saw snippets of this but his energy was amazing.

Back to the original, a couple months ago Paul and Brian Wilson did a gig at a small but fancy schmancy restaurant togther here in L.A. for charity. I think they were both on piano. There were something like ten tables, each with ten chairs, and prices were ten thousand a seat, one hundred thousand a table. I had to work that night, or I would have gone.
