You guys should try a set of 11's - I find that the heavier strings really bring Rick guitars alive. A wound G helps too - but don't get one if you plan on bending that string.

I will get the 660 today in few hours...

How long do I have to wait before opening the case ???

It is -2 degrees here in Ottawa today.

I received it on wedesday the 21st and did not open it till 6PM friday the 23rd it was in perfect condition the color is fantastic in the sunlight and the sound is perfect.

It will be well worth it. Just be sure to clear your calendar for a day or two because you won't be able to put it down.

Its 2:55PM EST an I,m playing a couple of songs on my 660 an it plays like a dream. In the same week I also received a 325c58 in mapleglo that I had on order which is also a great guitar.Both have different sounds and are alot of fun to play.

I had my 660 DCM at my friend's house in San Diego and found that the color does show up nicely under track lighting.
