Pix From Last Night

Post by stubby »

I don't think I've posted any pictures of my 360 BBR aside from the ones I did when I first got the guitar. Here's a couple of shot from last night. I use the guitar heavily in fingerstyle mode but I love how it responds to different moods/approaches. The pix posted here are, I think, solo bits from a Bruce Cockburn tune "I Don't Feel Your Touch." This particular song uses a lot of open chords and delay and chorus on my Vox AD30VT. Soon after this though, a friend came up and cranked the guitar into a great growly sound to lay some leads over my finger-picked rendition of "She's a Woman." And so it went (and always goes) all night. Next, it's handling some sweet tremolo on Willie Nelson's "Always on My Mind" followed by some crunchy chords on Petty's ""Saving Grace." What a blast this guitar is!

Great shots, & your comments speak volumes as to the versatility of the 'standard' Rick guitar!

I've heard the Paul Simon thing before Howard. I especially look like him when I'm playing my black Ovation! It looks just like his though I think it's a different model. Pure coincidence too.
