I hope this zero feedback bidder is not one of those idiots trying to pull a scam on Edgar.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Thanks guys.
I'm covering myself and the second highest bidder is legit so no worries.

I can't believe it went for this much. Even so, I still have a sick feeling in my stomach. This entire thing is just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
I still have my 4005WB to keep me happy. Can't wait.
At least my attorney will be happy now. :-(

Wow!

If Edgar gets the funds prior to shipping, how can they give him trouble?

The old I never got it deal?

Is this another $7200 CS event?
I'm just happy to be here.

Well I certainly hope the sale stands. I'm just a little leery of a zero feedbacker that bids a guitar up 3 times what it sold for 6 months ago.

Good luck. Sad to hear that the proceeds will go to an attorney instead of you, Edgar.

"Is this another $7200 CS event?"

Only time will tell Gary, only time will tell.

I wonder how many dirt bags will start listing copy cat auctions now...

I'll sell mine for $5699.99!

I can't believe someone is willing to pay that. It blows my mind.

Edgar, we UK forum members could possibly check him out for you. You'll be OK if he is from the North of England or Scotland but as for those Southerners... Image

I say its a fluke.

Face it, other than Paul W's its the only one out there right now.

Alot of people bought more than one, and when they are delivered, they'll show up on Ebay.

$2500-$3K range is my guess.

A fancy paintjob and pickguard doesnt warrent that kind of value in my book.

Peter,

Thanks. He seems to be on the up and up. He's given me his phone number and wants to pay for it ASAP but has he no paypal account. He set one up today.
He must be excited since he wanted to make payment over the phone and is willing to pay the shipping. I can't believe how much it costs to ship to the UK.

So there you go fellas. That's what people are willing to pay for this rare bass.

Thanks Bob,
But like I said, I won't be seeing this money. It goes straight to someone else.
Live and learn, I suppose.

Congrats Ed, very nice profit margin.
That should help ease the pain anyway.
I hope it works out without any hassle. Image
