Yes, Dom Polonii is a beautiful place. We did not go in but right nextdoor was a nice little cafe that serves goulash in a bread bowl. Tasty!

I can realate Ed. My polish family came here around 1900. The last one actually came from Russia Vladovostok (SP) around 1909 just before the revolution It was very cool visiting the motherland. To be honest thought, I did not know what to expect.

Thanks for that perspective Sheena. That does make sense. I suspected there might have been some of item "A" from time to time. The other two probably play a part as well.
