EBAY AUCTION OF THE DAY
Moderator: jingle_jangle
My favorite one was the idiot who purchased the "GHOST IN A BOTTLE" on Ebay.
Someone must have shot off a few bottle rockets in a glass bottle, corked it, and had a line of BS to say it was a REAL GHOST in the bottle!
It sold for over $1800.00 and the buyer left POSITIVE FEEDBACK!
Almost as good as the Virgin Mary on the toast. Did anyone ever notice that about a month after that sale, someone made a Virgin Mary TOASTER that put that very same image on your very own toast!
Yep, there's a butt for every seat!

Now that's a thing of beauty.
It even comes with the appropriate dents in the tank. A real vintage Suzuki. What's next? A Yamaha half track?

What scares me most is not the blue yard art, nor the dubious setting, or the photo of Billy Gene and Frank Wayne with little Jimmy Bob, or the turquoise-clad beauty taking the photo. What scares me is that I grew up in that part of the US with folks who looked just like that, with cutting and welding torches, and who regularly stripped down old cars to the frame and the bench seat alone, bare engine and springs, and drove them around like that with me once or twice in them as a kid!

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and sit in with the band whenever you can, to keep your chops up!

Replacing the cloth on my 3 Suitcase Maggie cabinets has been an obsession of mine...they are all from the '65-'66, all original cloth, all different. I want 'em to match! I finally found a swatch on Ebay that was correct, and $18.00 later I'm ready to begin.
Glad I'm not into vintage Marshalls...

Here's some typical Engrish from eBay:
In Chinese people think emerald has its own life. He will bless the owner the whole life.
So Chinese like use emerald create kinds of jewelries. This pendant was the signs of the Zodiac.
If you was born in your favonian will be goat.
I wish you will like it and cherish it.
