Shadow BIN'ed for $5,000!

Post by ilan »

ZK 3210 - Nov. '86

First there was the Shadow that sold for $3,500 on eBay a few months ago - and now this one BIN'ed for $5,000. Seems like their value is mushrooming!

The economy must be going well for people to be investing these kinds of money into guitars. If we hit a downturn these guitars are going to be hard to sell at anything close to those prices.

Bad news.

Still, he'll never make much out of anything from this forum.

I'm not sure it's the Emperor, since this seller's in Colorado. DR is is Solana Beach, CA, in north county San Diego.

I agree with Woody, I think that the only connection is the similarity in names.

I stand corrected.

Actually, this is the guy who bought my 2000 white 4003 just over a year ago. Duh!

Nice guy!

Sorry!

Is the Emp the guy that sells guitars on Ebay, and the pics are all taken with Dinos/Godzilla next to the guitars? I've never dealt with him, but I stole his idea, I'm going to post some pics I recently took of my basses, complete with dinos, wandering/jamming in the backyard...

I, too, stand corrected. From the name and pics, I thought this was another incarnation.
