Parts for a vintage 1000

Post by nipmystar »

I need parts for a vintage Ric 1000-3/4 size. The bridge, electronics, and tuners. Anyone have an idea where I can get these?
Thankx

Welcome Gary! I have a 1000 also. Neat little machines, they are. Mine is currently awaiting some work by the magnanimous Paul W. When it's finished, though, it's going to be a... a... no I can't spill the beans yet.

...images of mad pipe organ music echoing off the dripping stone walls of the maze of corridors beneath the ancient gothic opera house, in the best 1930s horror movie tradition....only the Shadow knows!!!

I think Elys was commenting on Paul's comment to my comment. We like to go around our butt to get to our elbow here!

Model 1000 parts will be tough to find but there are people like Dave, who despite their mental handicaps, are great resources! Image
