That is one hell of a special bass Kenny. IMHO the balance between covering the surgery on the front and keeping the grain in the wood at the back is spot on. I LOVE IT

Speaking of where you work, and not that the service would be offered to the public, but was all that route repair and refinishing done by in-house talent? What a great after-hours 'government' project!

Congratulations Kenny.
The neck pickup is a flat-back toaster wound to something ridiculous like 17k; the bridge pickup is a '90s toaster (14k) that I had in my parts box. Sounds like THUNDER through an SVT.


I bet it does and I guess that we can expect to see it on a 2008 RickResource calendar.
