Heck no! In fact, it's usually a good idea.

My guess would be V68 or 4004Cii5 too, but as much as J.H. has gone on record to say he hated the 4005, thought it was ugly and would never make it again...wouldn't it be just like him to make it anyway. The perfect irony. I have RIC and a couple dealers on my cell phone too.

Assuming that eight tuners could fit on the existing headstock, a 4004cii/8 would be a fairly easy model to add to the line. A V68 4001 would require a new routing pattern for the full-width inlays, so it may not be as likely. Of course the return of the 4004cii/5 would be very cool as well.
Congrats on the DCM Joey! It looks fantastic!

Just a reminder but,
tomorrow is April Fool's Day.

This could be a very cruel joke. Image

John Hall! If this is just a joke, Im gonna have to hunt you down and buy you a beer.

I hope not though, between the airfare and hotel, the beer could be pretty expensive.

Being the joker that I am, I never forget the 1st day in April. Image

Tony, I'm still looking, but the prices are getting out of hand. The monty brown that just sold on Ebay surprised me.

If it is a joke (which it probably is), John could have at least waited until April 1st! Springing that on us on March 31st just isn't cricket. Ah well, it was interesting while it lasted... Image
