I also watched Young Ones on MTV in the 80's. What a great show. I had alot of those taped too, on a long lost VHS tape. Not many folks get the reference on Primus's album, but I did right away!

You mean the 4001 killer? It performed great at the gig last night! The tone was amazing. I'll post pics tomorrow. I hope all you guys waiting on one get them soon.

It would seem that I in fact, guessed the model (a few pages back) that would be the subject of the April fools joke.

The only problem is, I wish it was not a joke at all. I like the look of a 4005 bass. Judging solely on the good reports of those that own a 4005, I would buy one if I were able.
