Yeah John. I'm very proud of her. I got her second hand. There is no Ric dealership here in Ireland and they are almost impossible to come by. AND EXPENSIVE!!!!! I got her with the vintage Ric hardcase too.

I love that 4003 though.....

Peter: Are you aware that Blue Boy is an actual Rick finish? It's a power blue color and was the Color of the Year in 2004.

Peter,
This is why it's easier to stick to Fireglo, no confusion about colour.

Personally I prefer your deeper Blue to the pansy pale blue.

Naw,
No enemies here, only varying levels of fanaticism for various Ric models and colours.

I don't have a Blue Boy, but here's a blue guitar and my boy. Does that count?

Hah! Just playin around with the new guy.

MID blue is a finish I'd like to have. Its a tough call nowdays with the available walnut wings though.

Im thinking of ordering a Mapleglo 4003 just for the wings.

I did that last year when I needed a temporary bass for the summer, Scott. They look gorgeous. Also added a toaster and a finger rest.
