This is a project I'm doing for Daniel Mcnabb. He bought this hacked up 330 body off Ebay and the pictures tell it all......

Great picture sequence of your work, Dale. Those pics of the sawed off neck pocket are really sad. You clearing the pocket are almost scary! Looks like you have it well on the way to being able to hold it's head up real proud-like! I like the sequence of you shaping the neck. Very thin, too.

Thanks for the trip! And kudos!

Once again, some rather forlorn looking pieces of wood get turned into a work of art!
Beautiful!

Dale, you might as well just make the trip east the the MARF and hand-deliver it...Image That'd be cool!!! It'd be great to see you again.

To see someone transform what most would consider as firewood, is a tribute to your passion for your craft Dale. I'm in awe of the work both you and Paul do, simply amazing! Image

Thanks for showing these really interesting photos! Dale, you are very lucky to have the skills, time and ability to transform this wreck into a beautiful instrument.

With resurrections such as these, one wonders if their is any reason why Rickenbackers should ever meet their end. Perhaps Pete Townshend has some left overs that Dale could use.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

hat tip to the Righteous Brothers:

There`s a spotlight waiting
No matter who you are
Cause everybody`s
Got a song to sing
Everyone`s a star
Everybody`s got to be a star

If you believe in forever
Then life is just a one-night stand
If there`s a rock and roll heaven
Well, you know they`ve
Got a hell of a band

and they all play Ricks (especially "restored" ones!)
