Truss Rods (Finally!)

Post by eggman »

Howdy,

For the last several weeks, I couldn't correct the bow in the neck of my MG 360/6. I loosened them, but to no affect. Finally I asked a young guitar tech, who advised to TIGHTEN the nuts on my rods.
Bingo. Problem solved. I feel like a fool, but wanted to share this embarrassing experience. All is well with my 360 now. Action is low, bow is gone and intonation is accurate as well. I love my 360!

Just remember that truss rods are there to counter the pull that the strings have on the neck.
