We discussed the Fish bass when the auction was first announced about 2 weeks or so ago.

Is the RIC "fish bass" (for lack of a better term), the only bass?

Manuel, the writeup says it is Johnny Marr's 330 Rick.

Scott, the RIC link said it was done by Dan MacPherson.

John, I don't think the write up refers to that particular pic. Although it "looks" like a some sort of 330, if it is it appears to have been heavily modified.

The artists "designed" the guitars, they are not the artist's own instrument.

Wow that 4001 looks cool. I'd love to be able to get a reissue 4001 in black w/ a black pickguard.
