I've never heard of that magazine. Is it available on newsstands?

It is produced by the same company that publishes Acoustic Guitar (and Guitar Teacher) and yes I believe I have seen it on newsstands. (It is published six times a year.)

It is for dummy/basic guitar players like me. And they do an excellent job of breaking some things down.

Well good. I'll go out and see if I can find a copy. And mostly because it has a picture of my favorite guitar on the front. Image

Doesn't matter; I couldn't find it in the magazine isle at the supermarket today anyway. I'll try looking somewhere else.

String Letter Publishing has just ceased publication of Play Guitar magazine.

Too bad.
