You gotta love Cheap Trick - still rockin after all these years.
I saw them twice in 2005 and they were fantastic. Robin Zander still has an incredible voice and still pulls out his ol' Rickenbacker 450 for a bunch of tunes. Here are some 2007 pics of him playing his old Ric from the CT website.

Well, that has been discussed here at least a couple of times! I had an opportunity to ask Rick Neilsen about it once, and he stated that Robin had owned that guitar "way before the Ramones".

Cheap Trick Rules! (so do the Ramones!)

If you look close, in a couple of pics you can also spot a couple of AC30's powering Robins 450

He still has the same guitar. Looks like he wears it about a foot lower than he was back in '78.
This is off the record

I posted a pic here once of Robin using it way back before the alleged rip-off from the Ramones...
And yes, he still uses it. GREAT voice...

Don't forget about the 1958 325 (# V100) that was owned by Robin at one time, and it is pictured on Glen Lambert's website...a fairly recent addition to the site...

Did he have to walk through the snow to get to the gig?
