so far i love the feel, the weight,it really is almost flawless, there are 2 micro-size nicks that i only noticed by running my hand over the glass-like finish...ooh this is turning into bass porn story..i still have not got to hear it cranked, but just playing it unplugged,it sounds schweet-i was really anticipating not liking the neck, but this one plays like my 74 4000. cool! i'm hoping to play/record with it this weekend!

By the way, for a self-described computer-phobe, you are doing pretty well so far! Gorgeous pictures, that maple just glows Image

Nice wood, Woody! I like the maple with the bubinga fretboard too. How do you like the body contours vs a 4001/3?

Amen to that Elys ...

Took almost 30 years for my RAS to fully develop, for the longest time I was perfectly happy with just the one ....

Then I found this Phobia Farm !!!!

Now my RAS is making up for lost time.
