Are all chrome-plated parts going stainless, e.g. tailpieces, pickup covers, tuners?

Only the parts where it is reasonable and feasible. Except for the trapeeze tailpiece (which has been stainless for awhile now), all of the parts you mentioned specifically are problematic for stainless production.

John: Thanks for you clarification with regard to chrome plating and the environment.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Received screws from Rick customer service. Bridge cover rattle has stopped. However, the Rick rep told me the correct screws for a c63 are slotted, but they sent me Phillips?

Oh, well, it sounds great!!

Anybody need anything from the Dallas Guitar Show?

Brad, glad to hear you bridge cover is secure, even though the screws are not the "c63 correct"
ones. Are they out of stock on the slotted head ones and are they going to ship them when they are available?

Sounds kind of strange that they would knowingly send you the wrong part.

Charles,

not sure. The customer service guy I talked to said he would send slotted and Phillips to see what worked, but I only received the Phillips.

Brad, I would re-contact them. They probably forgot to send the slotted head ones.
