I think the Wings are deep; they're a well-rounded club - Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Lidstrom (a 2-way defenseman) are reliable goal scorers and real team players. A club could do worse than having Chelios and Schnieder on their blue line.
But it's true, what you said. The Sharks I think are due (overdue?) for a really strong playoff showing and probably will put the Wings away.

The Wings are going to be severely challenged by the Sharks speed and aggressive forecheck. I think the Sharks also have a better goaltender.
I think that the Canucks will get by the Ducks in 6 or 7. After that? Who knows.

Hmmmm! After watching game one, I don't like what I saw! The Canucks did not find their legs at all. Short two key players they looked like they needed oxygen after one period. Oh boy.

The Ducks looked super relaxed last night - very patient and very cool with typically great netminding by JS Giguere. Vancouver looked very like Minnesota did in the first round - trouble penetrating into the zone, poor transitions, turnovers, inability to get their legs going.
Maybe their lame performance was a function of too little time between this and the last series. The Ducks had 5 days off and took less than half of the first period to get into the game. I say Ducks in 6.

That was a very good game. Jagr was unbelievable as were his line mates. Good effort by NY.

The Canucks did not play anywhere near the level they need to to make their pursuit of the cup a successful undertaking
They need to undergo some personnel changes and obtain a strong dose of grit and determination.

Well the Sens are through to the next round
and if the rumours are true that was probably the the last game for Marti Brodeur in the NHL.
The Wings won convincingly. Yeah! Go Wings Go!
