It is easy, John! The only limiting factor is how much bandwidth you have in the Internet connection from the actual event site. Good compressed video can be had with only a 128 kb/s stream, so all you need is a good fast cable or DSL connection at the site that is rated for at least 256kb/s or more outbound. That is sometimes a problem, as most connections are asymmetrical, with the higher speed incoming and the lower speed outgoing. Streaming video requires high speed outgoing, not incoming...
Heck, I have cameras and encoders here in spades, I could just toss them into a spare case or two and include them with the truckloads of Ricks
