Just paint and plastic...

Post by relayer4u »

Shot this photo today, paint and plastic indeed, but they are other things that detractors fail to mention;

Rickenbacker history and legacy.

Nice, evocative title.

Hmmm .... I'd be tempted for a 4005, Fireglo though.

Paul - Which, "just paint and plastic", or "berries and cream"?

Although it fits 'em both anyways, so why am I making a big deal?

I have no idea!

I'd trade my whittled LK for nothing.....well, nothing Ric related anyway! Image

Sorry Brian, but I see the LK more as an art piece than a part of Rick history.

Despite current prices, I wouldn't trade either of the paint jobs for a piece of art.

And that makes this the grand place that it is!

Are you saying the LK is the pinochle (HT to Norm Crosby) of Rickenbacker basses?

Either the LK or the 4002. Image
