To other Southern California Fourumites (SoCalCon)

This is directed ONLY to those Forumites that reside in Southern California and who are not part of the "SoCalCon Planning Committee." We (said committee) are soliciting additional financial support to defray costs involved in meeting room rental, etc. for this August's SoCalCon. If you are able to contribute, please e-mail me off-Forum (do not reply in this thread, please).

Once we have an idea of how many total contributors there are, we can figure out an average amount for the contribution - but be assured that we will not expect you to contribute more than your current financial situation allows.

Please, no e-mails from non-locals ... you are our guests!

John, there will be opportunities to contribute at/during the Confluence - we are still working on those details.
