Good thing it got delivered at work and not dropped on the porch out in the Subdivisions.

It seems that ownership of a 4080 naturally attracts a certain degree of ridicule, I guess.

Graham sinks the first boot in and everyone else jumps on. Even the usually mild-manner Peter McCormack joined the melee. Image

The only person racing to my rescue was Dave Pascoe and that's 'cause he's more foolish than I am with doubleneck ownership. You're a true friend Dave, regardless of what everyone else says.Image

I even asked myself (in Jeff Scott style), "Self, why the hell did you buy this weighty blue colored double neck electric twanger?". Self hasn't actually come up with a considered response yet. So many questions remain unanswered.

A tip of the hat to my sharp-witted Forumite friends. Image

If I could find a lefty and relearn how not to play upside down, I would own one myself. Rock on my friend.

Never mind all those guys Darren, it is a beauty. Heavy perhaps, but a beauty none the less. I am sure it will be kept Closer to the Heart.
