Cool! I liked her work with Throwing Muses and a few of her solo cuts ('Your Ghost').

7th st entry is in Minneapolis.

I remember is vaguely. I think it's attached to a bigger club(or visa, versa, it's the big club, and has a smaller venue attached). again, my memory is fading, but IIRC, you open at the larger room Friday night, then headline the smaller room the next.

Please feel free to correct me, but I think that's what my band did back in the day. I also believe it's the club used in Purple Rain.

yep. Minneapolis, MN. The 7th street Entry is connected to the larger sized First Avenue (where Purple Rain was filmed). Marc - did you play there before??

Kristin Hersh ended up canceling due to vehicular break downs. (on a side note, it sounds as if het tour is leaking money. There's a "tip Jar" on the her site www.throwingmusic.com if anyone feels like helping. It was set up a while ago after they started to give away mp3s but it's a good way to help out.) But we still played and It was alot of fun. Being born and raised in Minneapolis and also being major fans of Husker Du and the Replacements it's really an honor to play on that stage. The band after us was called Painted Saints and they were rad.
