There was a note at the end of the "Ed Wood" movie saying that Vampira sued Elvira for stealing her act...and lost the case. I'm no lawyer, but I think anyone with eyes could see a strong case.

I've only seen her in Plan 9... and I love that movie. I agree with the worst movie ever thing. And it's unintentionally hilarious. I love movies that are so bad they're good.
