My friend's Ibanez has some wires loose. I'm trying to solder it back up but I have no idea what goes to what. Its active and has a volume pot and a tone pot (I guess).
Anyway, I can't find a wiring diagram - any help?

Mark, I did a quick Yahoo search on "Ibanez wiring schematic" (without the quotes) and found a couple of links of possible help:
http://www.ibanezcollectors.com/discus/messages/669/2067.html?1180242380
http://www.noahjames.com/vintagepage/wiring.html
The latter has wiring diagrams but at a price, but it might be a last-resort thing if your friend can't find a diagram elsewhere.

Mark, there is another possible source, at the Ibanez site itself:
http://www.ibanez.com/support/wiringdiagrams.aspx
I couldn't go further than the opening page without the model number, but you or your friend should check that out first.

Another possible site of info is
www.seymourduncan.com
They have a section FULL of wiring diagrams, and if you can't find it, email their customer service! They've been VERY helpful to me in the past. the guy who answers the questions is the guy who draws the diagram!
