I averaged 52% over all three quizzes. I knew all the rock answers, but the disco and pop stuff I don't know.

60 here. And why was there a question about 'Light My Fire' since it came out in 1967?

I think these questions were created by younger folks. It seemed there were more from the 76-79 years, then the 70-75 years, which is what I know so well.

I got 30, mainly by lucky guesses!

edit: I was born in '66 & couldn't care less about most of the stuff mentioned in the quiz. Some of it I've never heard of.

Who the @%#* is 'magic Dick'?????

61. Dang, couldn't beat you, Paul.

Absolutely guessing on lots, just as I suppose Magic Dick was popular with groupies.

I guessed a lot, too. And I kinda wondered why there seemed to be more questions from the '77-and later part of the decade. I'd have done better at the front end of the decade, say '71-'76. What really threw me was the question about "Light My Fire" which came out before I graduated high school. That didn't belong there.

39% - disco sucked... as did most of the 70's. Can you say "Muskrat Love" or "Afternoon Delight"!?!?!

Afternoon Delight was a hoot! I thought that was one of the best semi-porno songs written since Blind Blake recorded "Diddy-Wa-Diddy" back in the 1920s. Add the fact that the renamed Starland Vocal Band was John Denver's vocal back-up group, formerly known as Fat City.
