I took Aitch to this 'pub' to see a fantastic band from Zimbabwe when he was visiting last September. It is a very intimate restaurant, so seeing JLP there was just incredible!

over 20 years ago, I was at a Star Trek convention of all places, and JLP was walking through, with violin...no idea where he was coming from...Anyway, someone recognizes him, and asks if he'll play a little something. So in the hallway of this hotel,he pulls out the violin and starts basically wailing. It was unbelievable.
Ignorant morons start throwing change into his violin case. He got so upset(understandable)dumped the money out of the case, put the violin away and stormed off.
What a shame. Probably, no definitely the best 5 minutes of rockin' violin anyone ever heard in their life.
