Somewhere
Somewhere
Every once in a long while there is a song that touches our emotions in a way like no other. A melody and soulful performance that, in its simplicity, is able to take us to another place - somewhere we have never been or expected to be.
A place where less is more and where we are able to convey our thoughts without speaking and soothe the pain of others by sharing.
That somewhere is here. Enjoy your trip.

Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Amazing...this link has come to me from three different people in the same day, all around the planet. I've been a "Bradda Iz" fan since '91; pity he's not around to enjoy his newfound international fame.
Sweet, sweet man, with a heart "ten times as big as his body". May he rest in peace.

“I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did.”

I first became aware of the tune on a TV commercial where parents were observing a child playing with food, which made them think of buying some sort of learning toy on-line. Might have been the now defunct E-Toys or E-Hobby.
Then it was on the episode of "ER" when Dr. Green's daughter released a balloon after her father's funeral. And I've heard it many times since. Great piece (and peace).

Wow...... what a jolt! Thank you, Peter.
What a brilliant canvas that clip paints. The joy of life and the simplicity that it can be, the beauty of the world, the innocence of children, the impact that one can have on many.........
I shed more than one tear..........
