Let's see, what would look good with a '73 4001 Fireglo and a '67 4005 WB Jetglo...? The 4004Cii Natural I have on order would look good for starters, than perhaps a 660/12 in Jetglo. A Capri in Jetglo would look real nice paired with the 4005 WB, then there would be.............

If I could only have one more it would still definitely be a 4004Cii5

I'd be happy with a 4005 FG with the WT option, no finish concerns, no pitting, pristine case...

Deaming again!

Hmmm....I'll take my next bass in short scale(hey, I've got small hands)..make it an 8-string with a body like a 610 guitar and a headstock like a 4001. Load it up with a toaster in the neck position and a humbucker at the bridge sitting in a white acrylic guard shaped like the one on a 4002 with 4003 wiring in mono. No binding or shark tooth inlays for me..just spray the whole thing Chris Squire creme and give it walnut headstock wings just beyong the dotted rosewood fingerboard....and I'm not dreaming. I've aquired all of the parts and it's now in the design stage.

Hmmmmmmm....only ONE more? OK, one of these 3....a AzureGlo 4080, A MapleGlo 4003S5 with chrome trim, or a 4001S8 also in MapleGlo, I wish I could get them with the old-style position markers and the checkered binding, but that's a "wish!" I know these aren't super-rare, but that's what I want!

I would love to have a 4001C64S and a 4004C 5 string. That 4001C64NE that Squirebass talked about would be quite nice too. Maybe someday Rickenbacker will make such a model. I would be thrilled if they would make a few more V63's
I recently went back to playing a Rickenbacker bass. Its like meeting an old friend again

I guess I would add to my first two choices a Lemmy, but since there are only two of them, that could be a hard find, and WAY out of my budget.

I know I said 4005-but if I could have ANOTHER (greedy), 4002-flamed MG with birds-eye neck, crass abalone inlays, crass checkerboard abalone binding, gold hardware.

And a pair of ZZ Top cheap sunglasses!

I think I'd like a jetglow 4080, dunno why, I dont play guitar, I've just always thought they were cool. It would have to have the black pickguards and black nameplates though. I would imagine that the bass would sound much richer with the extra body mass.
