Yes, and how about if everyone did that Elys? It wouldn't be a very pleasant world for little old ladies and drunks with hangovers then, would it?
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

Oh, you are right - little old ladies don't ride the Metro during rush hour very much, and those that do just turn off their hearing aids anyway.

Don;t ever see drunks on the DC Metro - security is high in DC during rush hour.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and sit in with the band whenever you can, to keep your chops up!

OK, I bought a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Silver-Pro's and they're quite nice (eBay, about $90 new). The only thing that I find annoying is that they have a rather short cord with a big coiled section that's heavy and bounces while I play. It's going to be replaced, one way or another with a long, straight cord that lies on the floor. Udder dan dat, de be good.
