Thats an extremely beautiful trio Andy. So what
do you think ?..little bit darker sounding right ? Also is that a reflection or does yours have a gloss finish on the fretboard ?

Very nice, very elegant!

I have to admit that when RIC first introduced the 4004's I was a little taken aback, but now I'm finding myself warming up to them. A 4004 five-banger sounds pretty good right now! Maybe someday!

Very nice, Andy! Yours looks like it has a lot glossier finish than mine, which is just a light matte finish. I like the sandwich look on the body, but it will take me a while to get used to the headstock. It feels a lot different than the 4003s, doesn't it?

Thanks Scott - yeah its a nice theresome!

Yeah a little darker, it's got its own bite to it to. Need to get use to the neck - much wider than the V - even the 4003 for that matter.

Yeah Scott that's a gloss finish on the fretboard. Is your's natural? Did you see the pics on the previous page? I've posted some close-ups. Also stated that they change the neck to rosewood!

Does your switch have a black cover on it and are the screws for the TRC gold or silver?

cheers

Mine is a natural, and all the screws on it are gold (TRC, back plate). It does have a black tip on the switch, with a gold nut on it.

Thanks Jeff! Definitely will take adjusting to – but has a nice feel! More of an adjustment than I thought. I play my V more than my 4003 which makes it all the more difficult. The neck on the V is thin with a low profile - you can fly on that thing - it's an 85. Are you enjoyng yours?

Cheers!
